Gathering on National Day? Yes!

Hey ple!

I dunno how many of you will read this but I'm just wondering if you all wanna meet for lunch on National Day next week. Since our last meet-up at JY's house last year, nobody has initiated another one, so I will do so now before my peak period for audit begins again. haha. I have a suggested place - Hey Hey Hotpot. There is a National Day promotion on both 8 & 9 Aug (But gotta reserve early!) and I've tried the food there... not a bad choice.

Of coz I'm open to other suggestions too. Get back to me asap, yah?

Tomorrow is the last day of my training.. Next week, I'll be starting work as an A1! (That's the lowest rank for auditors) I hope things will turn out well! At least I don't have to go through another 2 weeks of financial audit lessons that doesn't apply to me.. Yes yes I'm not a financial auditor k? I'm an IT auditor! =D

So 4 of the 4e guys went to 张学友's concert too. haha. Power right? I went on the 1st night... I've been wanting to hear him sing "她来听我的演唱会" live, but he didn't. He sang on the last night... hmm... Still, this concert was a fabulous one! I shall now share the pics I took :)

ok...this is another drama i saw quite some time ago and think its really gd....so if you are free, get the dvd and give it a try....

Synopsis(from wikipedia):
Originally a novel by やまざきとよこ(Yamazaki Toyoko), and later a 1974 movie. The book depicts the conflicts within the Manpyo family, which is famous in Kansai's financial circles, amidst the tumultuous reorganisation of the financial industry of the late 1960s. Unlike the book, the eldest son, Teppei, and not the father, Daisuke, will be the central character of the drama.

This drama is set in the late 1960s decade of Japan. The main rivalry depicted in the story is between Manpyo Daisuke (Kitaoji Kinya), a powerful banker, and his eldest son, Manpyo Teppei (Kimura Takuya), the executive managing director of a steel firm. For some reasons, Daisuke seem to dislike his own son and as Teppei seems to find out the reason for Daisuke's hatred, his whole life is turned upside down with fatal consequences.

ok as the title suggests, i went to the concert last night together with wm,yh and hh. ok...now before i reveal the secret...i have to ask this question...wat does south american and english football have in common....dunno?...ok then よむ（read）on.... They are all football powerhouse and their people are very passionate with their football...and the reason is...... THEIR FOOTBALL COMMENTATORS on the goggle box....their commentators have this ability to get u so high on watching football on tv that you will want to get a ball and play it straight away....to prove my claim...check out the video below...first with the sound on and the second try w/o the sound.....

ok....for those who got learn jap, most prob u will be able to translate the above hiragana.... anyway the above will translate to become Nodame Cantabile which is the title of the show i just finished みます(watching)....and i must say it is a really gd show....so if u find that u got nothing to do, give this show a try....it is a short じゅういち(eleven) episodes tv drama.... hmmm...i dun think i will はなします(say) much about the show in case i accidentally reveal some spoilers, でも(but) i can tell you that its a really good romantic comedy...my personal fav? hmm....いち(one)、に(two)、さん(three)、く(nine)、じゅう(10)、じゅういち(eleven)。

p/s: the unfamiliar words are not some codes, its just that i will only begin jap elementary 2 on ここのか(sept) so in the meantime to prevent me from forgetting, i will use it whenever i can..haha...the english translation are bracketed beside the hiragana
